My name is Jayee-Anne Liloan Canoy, my friends call me Jayee. I am 34 years old and the eldest of three siblings. I was born on March 10th, 1991 in Pasay City, Philippines, and later moved with my family to Las Piñas City when my parents separated. Since 2005, I have been residing here in Las Piñas. I studied web development at Dr Felimon Aguilar Information technology institute and completed one year of a two years vocational course. I am also a mother of three children and married. 

Professionally, my career began in the business process outsourcing (BPO) industry. I started at Alorica, handling healthcare accounts for one year. In 2021, I joined Optum as a Customer Service Representative in healthcare, and through dedication and hard work, I was later promoted to Senior Customer Service Representative/Analyst. Seeking personal growth and new opportunities, I decided to explore the role of a Virtual Assistant. While applying for VA positions, I balanced various part-time and while looking after my children. I create resumes, assist students with school research, handle typing and editing jobs, and design baptismal and birthday invitation cards using Canva. I also manage appointments like passport NBI or police clearances.

In addition, I work as a property agent, selling houses in areas like Cavite, Laguna, and Batangas. I personally visit the properties, create quick video tours of the houses, and conduct live online tours for potential buyers. Also I pursue entrepreneurial interests. I sell home-cooked meals to neighbors and have developed a self-made hair growth product called Jayee’s Hair Growth Essentials, to repair hair loss and promote healthier, thicker hair for friends, family, and new customers. Through all these experiences, I strive to grow, learn, and become the best version of myself both as a professional and as a person.
